Everybody wants to be self-disciple, but not everybody wants to prepare to it. This concept applies to your relationship with self-disciple. Spectacular success comes from simple preparation.
Traveling from your desire to your goals, you will always need to go through a series of step. So, when you decide to make the trip, preparation is a necessary piece of luggage. Preparation for action means that you need to make a daily plan.
- Choose a launch date when you want to begin action.
- Make a "to do" list for the day you plan to begin. Be sure to date your list.
- Next to each action step write a reward from your reward sheet. Some
people find it motivating to have a bonus reward when they do
everything on the list.
- At the end of the day, review your progress. This is an important step in the self-disciple process. Daily reviews will also keep you thinking about what you need to do.
Use these tools prior to action, on a daily basis. Put them to work for you as soon as you wake up, then use them many times during the day. These simple tools are your friends. They will help you get whatever you want. They are a vital part of your self-disciple strategy.
